Look Of Spring: Florals + Patent Leather

You first saw them here and here and now with March comes spring and with spring come the florals and with the florals come the dread you'll look like a five year old. So don't be a shy daisy and toughen up the season must print with some rockin' patent leather. Remember this look isn't for wallflowers.

I think that's such a great idea! I was trying to come up with cool ways of making florals less... cheesy, if you will. That one you gave us is quite smart.

As for my top blogging... I am sorry, I didn't realize I took you out. really. I made a lot of changes in my blog and some things apparently went under the radar. You're back now, dear.

Geez, who knew these flowers would take off this season? If I saw the pattern on it's own, I would probably think it looks like some grandma's living room window curtains (I think I've said that before). But hey, these designers made the fabric work and it doesn't look all that bad.

When it comes to flowers, what I just LOVE are Liberty prints, so elegant and sweet. Ah, a Liberty shirt with a denim miniskirt and ballet flats... I can't wait for spring!

I am in love with the floral trend, in two ways, the Seventies one, and the romantic one.
