Spring (Mini)Report

Balenciaga Is In Full Bloom

Miranda Priestly may have said in that sarcastic terrifying whisper "Florals? For spring? Groundbreaking". But at Balenciaga indeed they were. Nicolas Ghesquiere presented what will sure be a highlight of the Spring 08 season by taking a simple concept and giving it the Balenciaga touch. The prints may have been old fashioned but the shapes certainly weren’t; they found the perfect balance between the vintage glamour of Cristobal Balenciaga and the futuristic mind of Ghesquiere. Truly amazing.

Black & White Spring

The colorful collection also showcased one of the defining trends for next spring: Black & White. This timeless combination was seen mostly at menswear-inspired pieces as well as on demure dresses.

Agyness New Look

It seems Agyness Deyn has been reading her Über Chic. The model stayed with the hair color that was voted the best at last week’s who does it better? I quite like it although it might get old fast.

I am quite digging the black and white theme. As for Balenciaga, I think it takes a certain size woman to wear such a flower print and unfortunately I am not a 0. :)

Balenciaga: i have been waiting for his spring show for I don't even know how long. I love him! The florals are great and only he could pull it off in that shape...His spring show will have the same effect the Fall ethnic scraves and fitted blazers had on mass market fashion...love him!

Me again :)

I'm posting an article named "Live from My Red Carpet" where I'll post some interviews done to my Favourite bloggers from "My Red Carpet List"!

Since you are on my list, of course, I wonder if you would like to be interviewed by me? It will be something very simple. 7 or 8 simple questions about fashion, favourite collection, beauty products etc! If you agree to do it, I'll send you the questions later :)

I'll also need a copy of your blog header and a photo from anything you want, regarding the interview (it may be a photo of you, or from a collection, one of you acessories, etc).

Give me a tell soon to:
